采用单体型相对风险和传递/不平衡检验方法,在中国人群中对注意缺损多动障碍(ADHD)与DXS7位点进行了遗传关联分析。结果表明,以父母双亲为对照,DXS7位点157bp等位基因与ADHD具有显著关联(χ2=9.10, P<0.05)并连锁(χ2=9.53, P<0.05)。提示,ADHD关联和连锁于DXS7位点。
Abstract The present study was designed to assess the genetic association between attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) and DXD7 locus polymorphism in Chinese population, with haplotype-based haplotype relative risk(HHRR) and the transmission/disequilibrium test(TDT) analysis. We found significant association(χ2=9.10, P<0.05) and linkage (χ2=9.53, P<0.05) between the 157bp DXS7 allele and DSM-Ⅲ-R-diagnosed ADHD(N=54) in trios composed of father, mother and affected offspring. Our results suggest that ADHD was associated and in linkage with DXS7 locus. 相似文献

This paper reports the first population ecology study of the endangered Magnolia sargentiana Rehder & Wilson (Magnoliaceae). Magnolia sargentiana is a protected species in China, but little is known about its present status in the field. In 2007 and 2008, we surveyed the population and conservation status ofM. sargentiana in the Provincial Mamize Nature Reserve and the National Meigu Dafengding Nature Reserve, Sichuan Province, southwestern China. Natural regeneration is poor because of unfavorable environmental conditions and anthropogenic disturbances. Flower buds and bark ofM. sargentiana are used in traditional Chinese medicine and their collection by local people over the period 1983-1994 has led to marked population declines. The collection of flower buds and bark is now banned, but hewing branches for firewood and grazing continues to have a negative impact on the recovery of M. sargentiana populations. To protect the species, we require a ban on hewing branches, closure of primary forests to reduce the impact of humans and ungulates, better education of local people, and increased awareness of wildlife conservation. 相似文献

用PCR结合PAGE技术观察111例广州汉族男性DYS19、DYS389Ⅰ/Ⅱ、DYS390等位基因及单体型分布状况。结果显示:广州地区汉族男性DYS19基因座观察到5种等位基因,DYS389Ⅰ观察到4种等位基因,DYS389Ⅱ观察到5种等位基因,DYS390观察到5种等位基因;χ2检验表明上述各等位基因频率分布与其他地区人群存在明显的差异。此外,还观察到72种由上述基因座共同构成的单体型,单体型多样性达0.953。
Abstract: In order to apply a set of useful and high polymorphic Y?STRs in forensic practice and genetic analysis,we performed a population genetic study from Chinese.The allele distributions of the systems DYS19、DYS389Ⅰ/Ⅱ、and DYS390 were investigated in sample of 111 unrelated males from the area of Guangzhou, China.PCR products were detected using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining.5、4、5、5 alleles were observed in locus DYS19、DYS389Ⅰ、DYS389Ⅱ、DYS390 respectively.Different allele frequency distributions were observed when compared to other population.Haplotype frequency date of 72 different types were obtained. 相似文献

以往研究表明,许多成年雄性大熊猫在圈养状态下不能表达正常的社群性行为。我们设计了一个实验来研究大熊猫正常社群性行为与性情特征、展示、以及饲养管理的关系。通过调查获得大熊猫展示和饲养管理的数据,询问饲养员得知2001年繁殖季节中大熊猫的社群性行为发生频次,然后评估社群性行为能力。研究对象是分布在中国4个繁育中心的37头(12头雄性和25头雌性)成体大熊猫。通过提供新物品和气味来评估大熊猫情绪反应状况。情绪反应分为3类:畏惧、访问和访问玩耍。在有饲养员陪同玩耍的一组里,雌、雄大熊猫的"访问玩耍"的分值都较高。"畏惧"类的雌性大熊猫气味标记行为少,表达的性行为也少,并且更多地攻击接近它们的雄性,或者不理睬雄性。在繁殖季节前就接近雄性大熊猫围栏的雌性,表现出更多的气味标记行为和性行为。这些雌性的"访问玩耍"分值也高。"访问"分值高的雄性大熊猫,接近雌性的行为更多。那些与饲养员接触时间少的雄性大熊猫倾向于攻击雌性,与那些攻击性小的雄性相比,这些雄性倾向于能够接受丰富性低的环境。这些结果表明,应该采取措施减少大熊猫的畏惧,在大熊猫和饲养员之间建立积极的关系,在繁殖季节之前,增加雌性和雄性之间的熟悉程度。 相似文献

2006年3月~2007年2月,对福州市区鸟类资源进行调查,共记录鸟类100种,隶属13目30科,其中古北界鸟类40种,东洋界鸟类31种,广布种鸟类29种.调查4个样区中主要鸟类种类和数量的结果表明,福州市鸟类物种多样性指数(Shannon-Wiener Index)为3.4022,其中以浦下洲最高,为2.9590;大梦山的物种多样性指数最低,为2.5308. 相似文献

This study compared the accumulation of Zn2+and Cu2+in the ovaries and ova of loaches under different concentrations of Zn2+(1.00, 2.50 and 5.00 mg/L respectively) and Cu2+(0.10, 0.25 and 0.50 mg/L respectively). The results showed that both Zn2+and Cu2+accumulated in the ovaries, and that the relationship between accumulation and time was linear over 20 days of exposure. The accumulation of the metals in ovaries was closely related to the concentration of exposure in the solutions(P<0.05), and was obviously affected by the time and doses. However, the Cu2+concentration was significantly higher than Zn2+(P<0.05). The development level of ova in the ovaries also correlated with the concentration and exposure period in the Zn2+and Cu2+solutions. 相似文献
